Social-Emotional Workshops

SELF program participantsSELF (Strengthening Emotional Life Foundations) is a behavioral health series of workshops, developed in collaboration with School District 112, that focuses on a variety of social-emotional topics of importance to youth.

This prevention program empowers middle school and high school students to make their own healthy and safe choices. There is also a series for parents on a variety of parenting topics.

SELF topics include self-image, peer pressure, healthy relationships, online safety, substance use, understanding emotions, and more.
