We believe that each person has the potential to live the life they want. We make it our mission to help every client achieve that potential.
Our clients range from children to seniors, and we work with individuals, couples, and families.
How Our Therapists Can Help You
All of us experience challenges. We can help you with difficult life circumstances, such as marital or family challenges, anxiety, depression, caregiving, self-harm, trauma, guilt, grief/loss, school-related concerns, anger, and worry. The members of our professional, licensed clinical team have a passion for their work and believe in collaboration—we partner with schools, physicians, and other family members as needed.
We value listening and will work with you to identify your personal goals and develop a treatment plan to achieve your goals. Our therapists employ a variety of therapeutic models including strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, mindfulness, family systems, and acceptance and commitment.
