A couple in counselingFamily Service of Lake County is an in-network provider with the following plans. If you have another insurance plan, we accept out-of-network insurance and can help you verify your level of coverage before your first appointment.

For clients who are experiencing financial need, are uninsured, or are lacking adequate health insurance, we offer a sliding-fee scale based on household income and family size. When you call to inquire about counseling services, please discuss your financial situation with our Client Services Assistant to determine your eligibility.

Forms of Payment Accepted

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Health Savings Accounts.

Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements are made with our Client Services Assistant. Our office will submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf.
