Wise and Well: Community Education Program Series Begins September 13

Join Family Service of Lake County and the Highland Park Senior Center for Wise and Well: Community Education Program Series featuring matters affecting local seniors. The series will take place on Wednesdays - September 13th, October 25th and November 8th - at 1-2:30 p.m. at Highland Park Country Club (1207 Park Avenue West). Programs are presented for no charge.

§  Palliative vs. Hospice Care: Which Is Right for You? presented by Dr. Michael Marschke, Division Chief of Palliative Care and Hospice at NorthShore University Healthsystem (September 13th)

§  Effective Communication Strategies for Alzheimer’s and Dementia presented by Brittany Mabry, Manager of Education and Outreach for Alzheimer’s Association, Illinois Chapter (October 25th)

§  Have You Had the Conversation? An End of Life Seminar presented by Larry Magill, Elder Law Attorney and Kelley & Spaulding Funeral Home (November 8th)
