Family Service is a community organization with a customized approach to delivering proven, high quality counseling and education services to the family, regardless of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Depth and Breadth of Services. Family Service offers a variety of counseling services for individuals, families and groups to address needs at all stages of life. These services include therapy and in-home family counseling programs. Additionally, Family Service offers a number of community education programs to help individuals improve skills in money management, stress management, computer use and languages. - Open to All. The client base at Family Service is diverse and open to individuals and groups from all socio-economic backgrounds. All services are available on a sliding scale fee basis. Additionally, Family Service brings years of expertise to its services for specific groups, such as the Latino community and senior citizens.
- Understanding, Expert Staff. Family Service employees and staff are highly qualified professionals with a deep understanding of dynamic social service issues and problems. The caring staff makes a proven difference in the lives of thousands of community residents each year.
Mission Statement
Family Service seeks to be the leader in providing effective, responsive and innovative programs of human services. Family service assists individuals, families and communities in positively adapting to the ever-changing landscape of today's society. It is committed to the people it serves, to advancement of the field of practice and to proactive identification and response to changing societal needs.
Services are available in both English and Spanish and are available regardless of the individual's ability to pay.
